Micron Radio Control : How To Order

By Paypal, click on the 'Add to Basket' buttons against the items you want to buy and then use the 'View Cart' button at the left-hand side of each page to view your purchases and to checkout via Paypal. Paypal take all major credit cards and have a simple registration process. As the simple Paypal shopping cart can handle only one shipping cost, customers from outside the U.K. are requested to add the appropriate shipping adjustment here.

By letter to Micron Radio Control, Uplands House, Castle Howard Road, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 6NJ. Enclose a cheque, postal order or card number with expiry date Issue Number etc. as required by your card provider.

By email to sales@micronradiocontrol.co.uk (for security please split your order into two Emails as follows)

1^st Email... give us your name, address, card number only and list of the item(s) you want.
2^nd Email... give us your name and initials (as printed on your card), last 3 digits of the security number on the back of the card and the card expiry date - plus start date and/or issue number if it is a debit card.

Don't worry we will collate the two and sort your order!

	UK post & packing is: £3.60 for order values less than £75 sent via Recorded Delivery ('Signed For') £6.00 for order values greater than £75 sent via Special Delivery £8.00 for order values greater than £250 sent via Special Delivery
	non-UK orders are sent via the 'International Signed For' service and cost: £5.50 for order values less than £75 £8.50 for order values greater than £75 £10.50 for order values greater than £250 Please click the appropriate additional charge button on shipping page.

Due to the size of the shipping box, aircraft kits cost extra to post. The shopping cart will add £5.00 for each aircraft kit.

International shipping of model kits can be very expensive when the size of the box exceeds the max for airmail (60cm length). In this case we will contact you to discuss shipping arrangements - the postage charge can often be minimised by repacking the kit to fit within the 60cm length restriction.

Any excess postage will be refunded.

Micron R/C is a part-time operation and so telephone is not the best way of contacting us. If you do call, please leave a message and we will call you back.
