About Micron R/C

Micron R/C is a U.K. based company specialising in electronic modules and accessories for R/C model rail and road vehicles.

Micron was founded in 1973 by Terry Tippett. Micron was one of the (if not the) first UK companies to produce affordable digital proportional radio control. Since Terry's retirement, the company has undergone a number of changes to broaden its appeal to radio modellers.

As development time permits, we will be releasing new products: transmitters, receivers and accessories. Where appropropriate, we also stock components from other manufacturers - e.g. large scale sound modules from MyLocosound.
