Micro receiver aerial for indoor and parkflyer models. Optimised for maximum received signal - not just a shortened aerial. Micron MMA-35 weighs 0.5g and is 22cm long.

Micro receiver aerial for indoor and parkflyer models (35MHz) or adding R/C to micro boats and cars (40MHz). Optimised for maximum received signal - not just a shortened aerial. The aerial weighs 0.5g and is 22cm long.

This aerial was designed for use in micro sized radio controlled models to eliminate the trailing long wire antenna that comes with all R/C receivers. In most cases the wire antenna is longer than the model and adds unnecessary drag or just gets in the way. When properly installed, the micro aerial performs as well as the original receiver antenna.

The micro aerial is ideal for use with the Corona RS410II or the Blue Arrow R3P4. To install, the original receiver aerial is cut at 20mm - 60mm from the receiver body; the micro aerial is soldered on and the joint protected with the supplied length of heatshrink sleeve. The micro aerial can be mounted with the wire along the fuselage or wing - alternatively, the wire is stiff enough for it to be positioned vertically as a whip aerial.

Available for 35MHz and 40MHz.
